3,000 Sq Ft Starbucks Coming to Frontier Village

The new Starbucks will open soon and feature the latest innovations in the market. The store will be approx. 3,000 s.f. and includes a large outdoor seating area, fireplace and conference room.

Frontier Village was recently acquired by the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe(YPIT). YPIT has relocated its Real Estate Leasing and Property Management Department to the Frontier Village Shopping center and has launched a marketing campaign in hopes to re-ignite the area attracting additional retailers to its slow paced growth and frequent exiting retailers in recent years. The opening of this flagship Starbucks is exciting news and along with the reopening of the movie theater, should provide plenty of buzz in the Prescott area.

“Starbucks is an exceptional brand and a storied success in American business and having them join us at Frontier Village is certainly going to benefit the Center and all Starbucks fans,” said Donald Teel, Commercial Real Estate General Manager.
The new drive through Starbucks will be located on East Highway 69 in the old Wendy’s location and will serve the nearly 40,000 cars per day of drive-by traffic instantly becoming one of the preferred stops for many commuters, visitors and locals.
